Working with Matchii
Who counts as a supplier, how to get in touch, and what happens after you do.
Who this is for
A supplier sells something to Matchii the company: a software tool the team uses, a professional service such as accounting or legal work, or operational support. A supplier is not an agency on the marketplace. Agencies deliver work to Matchii’s clients and are paid through the platform; they join through the agency application, not through this page.
How to get in touch
Write to hello@matchii.ai with three things: what you offer, who at Matchii you have spoken to if anyone, and how you would like to be paid. A short email is better than a deck. Someone on the team reads every message and replies when there is a real need for what you offer; we do not keep a supplier directory or run a tender process.
What happens next
- A conversation. If there is a fit, the person who would use your service talks to you about scope and price.
- An agreement. Anything ongoing gets a short written agreement that names the service, the price, the payment terms and who the contact is on each side. One-off purchases usually need only a quote and an approval by email.
- Setup. We collect what invoicing needs, listed on Invoicing and payment, before the first invoice rather than after it.
What we do not ask for
No portal, no registration form and no certifications up front. If a particular service needs evidence of insurance or a data-processing agreement, the agreement says so and we ask for it then.
